Last days of the year are so beautiful... No hurry and mess, doing what I love, with pleasure and for my good, with the people I love. Just the way I wanted to spend these days!

Еще одно платье, которое долго ждало своего выхода, но повод был достойный! На прошлой неделе я пригласила мою маму в театр на премьеру новой оперы в нашем любимом театре.
Я часто хожу в театр, поэтому в моем гардеробе куча платьев для красивых вечеров. И это - одно из них, архивное шерстяное платье La Perla с "паутинчатой" вставкой снизу.

Another dress that was waiting for its moment, and the moment was more than special! Last week I invited my mom to the theater for the new opera premiere at our favorite theater.

As I'm a regular theater-goer there are so many evening and cocktail dresses for such special occasions in my wardrobe. And this archive La Perla wool dress with a spider-looking detail is one of them.

The first half of December has passed... like one day! I won't be surprised if the second one will pass as one day, as a half a day :)

О базовых вещах не пишет только ленивый... Но я все-таки считаю, что мой стиль (даже повседневный) отличается от того стиля, который для себя выбирают многие другие блогеры. Поэтому все же поделюсь с вами одним из своих недавних луков и идеями лаконичных, но по-своему нарядных зимних образов.

Everyone is writing about perfect basic pieces... But I still think that my style (even the everyday one) is a bit special, not like the one that many other bloggers choose. So, that's why I'm going to show you one of my latest looks and also some laid-back yet elegant outfit ideas.

Недавно я была на презентации коктейля в Segreto Bar к Дню Святого Валентина... Честно скажу, я очень долго собиралась и вообще не знала, что надеть. Чисто интуитивно я схватила красное платье Valentino... и, не собираясь долго подбирать к нему сумочку, убежала на мероприятие с первой попавшейся сумкой, красной Chanel. Лимиткой к Дню Святого Валентина. Неплохо так я на ходу собираюсь, в итоге попадая в точку :)

I've recently been to a St Valentine's Day cocktail presentation at Segreto Bar in Moscow... Honestly, I spent sooo much time dressing up and didn't actually know what to put on. Intuitively I picked this red Valentino dress... and as I was not going to spend much time on choosing the right bag I rushed to the party with the first bag that I found. It was this red Chanel bag, the St Valentine's limited edition. You see, I'm not bad at getting ready very quickly :)

Иногда в нашей жизни бывают ситуации, которые складываются не так, как мы хотим. Мы огорчаемся, страдаем, нам кажется, что мы не сможем дальше с этим жить. Но мы находим в себе силы пережить это, идем дальше… и спустя время, совсем неожиданно открываем для себя: как хорошо, что то, чего мы так желали, не случилось! В вашей жизни такое бывало? Уверена, что не раз!

Sometimes it happens that some situations turn out to be not what we expect them to be. We get disappointed, we suffer and we think we won’t be able to live with that. But we find the strength in ourselves to survive it, to keep on going… and after the time passes we find out the following: thank God the thing we wanted so much didn’t happen! Did you have such situations in your life? I’m sure yes, and not just once.

Прошлые две недели было так холодно, что пришлось доставать все самое теплое... В ход пошли свитеры, шерстяные кардиганы. Этот кардиган Chanel - одна из самых интересных вещей в моем зимнем гардеробе, хотя абсолютно простая и незамысловатая вещь. Обычный темно-синий объемный кардиган (или жакет, но я больше склоняюсь к первому), но эти застежки... Да, это не пуговицы! Расстегиваются и застегиваются так же, как знаменитая Chanel classic flap bag.

The last two weeks were so cold that I had to wear the warmest clothes I have... like sweaters, wool cardigans. This Chanel one is one of the most unusual anchor pieces in my winter wardrobe. It seems to be very laid-back, but actually it's not so. An ordinary navy blue cardigan (or jacket, but I'd rather say the former), but these clasps... Yay, these are not buttons! You unlock and lock them just the same way as the iconic Chanel classic flap bag.

Не верится, что уже конец года... и мое самое любимое время, конец ноября, а потом декабрь, праздники! Обожаю зиму, обожаю снежную погоду, зимнюю Москву, елки, новогодние украшения повсюду! 

Can't believe it's already the end of the year... and my favorite time, the end of November, and then December and holidays! I love winter, I love snowy weather, Moscow in winter, Christmas trees, New year decorations everywhere!

Переход из празднично-яркого сезона в сонно-ленивый январь. Хочется больше читать, смотреть старое кино... черпать вдохновение, набираться новых знаний, строить грандиозные планы на этот год! А у меня их много, вы же знаете, что я не могу долго сидеть на одном месте! :)

From festive and bright holiday season to lazy and sleepy January. I feel like reading more, watching retro movies... getting inspired, studying more, making new great plans for this year! I've got a lot of them, you know, I'm that kind of person who can't stand getting bothered at the same place! :)

Как настоящий любитель лаконичной и классической базы, открываю вам большой (нет) секрет: черная шелковая блузка, лучше, если винтажная, это идеальная вещь, которая решает проблему "нечего надеть или не с чем надеть" моментально! Моя блузка винтажная, от La Perla. И это та самая вещь, которую я носила бы хоть каждый день, абсолютно с чем угодно!

As a true fan of versatile and classic basic wardrobe, I'd love to tell you a secret (not really a secret): black silk blouse, better if a vintage one, is the perfect piece which solves the "nothing-to-wear or nothing-to-wear-with" problem instantly! Mine one is vintage La Perla. And it's the pieces that I would wear every day, with anything!

На этой неделе я ходила в Большой театр на оперу... И так как настроение у меня было по-настоящему праздничное, я решила надеть одно из моих самых любимых платьев! Так совпало, что в этот день еще и был старый Новый год, так что... 

This week I went to the Bolshoi theater... Since I had the most festive mood ever I decided to wear one of my favorite dresses! Coincidentally that day was also the old New year, so...

Я себе пообещала носить чаще цветные и яркие вещи, принты... Пока справляюсь с попеременным успехом! Меня порой все же тянет на монохромные луки, на черный цвет, лаконичные и простые вещи... Ох уж эта мода на вашу "тихую роскошь" (я уже ненавижу это словосочетание), куда ни глянь - везде все максимально простое, сдержанное. Но нужно модничать, наряжаться, носить разные сочетания цветов, стилей, не бояться смелых деталей! Иначе это не мода, а униформа, из которой мир уже лет 5 как не вылезает. 

I promised myself to wear more colors, bright clothes, printed pieces... Well, sometimes I manage to and sometimes no! I still feel like wearing monochrome looks, black color and very modest and laid-back pieces sometimes... It's all your "quite luxury" (I hate this expression now) style, wherever you go - everything is quite simple and modest. But we should make it fashion, dress up, wear different color and style combinations, and not be afraid of bold details! Otherwise it's not fashion, it's some kinda uniform that the world has been wearing for the last 5 years on repeat.

Обожаю уютные минималистичные образы для прогулок по осеннему городу... Хорошие ботинки или сапоги, классическая сумка, куртка на все времена, качественный трикотаж - это все основа гардероба на холодное время года, без которой никак не обойтись. Не стесняюсь признавать, раньше я это не понимала, и поэтому мой стиль в какой-то более ранний период времени сейчас мне кажется настоящим хаосом... Крутая база это наше все! А эти (долгожданные!) сапоги точно будут базой для многих моих луков в ближайшие несколько месяцев!

I adore cozy minimalist outfits for the autumn city walks... Good boots, a classic bag, timeless jacket, high quality knitwear - all these are the cold season wardrobe basics which you can never underestimate. And I used to do that earlier, that's why my former style would seem to be so chaotic to me now... Good basics is everything! And these (long awaited!) boots will definitely be the right base for lots of outfits of mine during the next several months!

Самое красивое, самое любимое время в году! В этот раз мой декабрь получился максимально спокойный (насколько это можно ожидать от декабря), приятный, без суеты. Рождественские ярмарки, балет, уютные вечера за просмотром новогодних фильмов, горячий чай. Обожаю эту зимнюю эстетику и праздничное настроение!

The most wonderful, my favorite time of the year! So, this year my December is very very calm and relaxing (as much as it is possible for December), no stress at all. Christmas markets, ballet, cozy movie evenings, hot tea. I adore this winter aesthetic and festive mood!

Мне безумно нравится текущая коллекция Saint Laurent, этот стиль 80-х... И я нашла абсолютно идентичные вещи в гардеробе моей мамы. Точнее, эти вещи моя мама уже очень давно не носит. Но есть же я, которая очень любит находить такие hidden gems! :) Результат - этот лук, очень в духе Saint Laurent, но это просто очень стильный ноунейм винтаж. 

I love the current Saint Laurent collection very much, this 80's vibe... And I found absolutely identical pieces in my mom's closet. Actually my mom hasn't been wearing them for so long. But here I am. And I love finding such hidden gems! :) So, the result is this outfit, so much Saint Laurent indeed, but it's just some kinda stylish no name vintage.

Я бесконечно люблю красивые жакеты... А еще в моем гардеробе есть и комплекты, жакет + юбка. Недавно у меня появился такой нежный и трогательный комплект от российского бренда Alexandra Zamotorina. Жакет и юбочка в очень милом карамельно-розовом оттенке. Мне очень нравится! В стиле Блэр Уолдорф, а каждую осень, когда я начинаю скучать по Нью-Йорку еще больше, так и хочется пересматривать "Сплетницу" и вдохновляться стилем преппи и луками Блэр!

I adore beautiful classic jackets... And also there are some ensembles in my wardrobe, a jacket and skirt sets. I've recently got this lovely and feminine set by Russian brand Alexandra Zamotorina. Both the jacket and the skirt are in a very sweet candy pink shade. I just love it! It's so Blair Waldorf... And every autumn when I start missing NYC even more, I feel like watching "Gossip girl" on repeat and getting inspired by this preppy style and Blair's looks!

Только сейчас поняла, что эту съемку (самую красивую за 2023 год!) я так и не выложила здесь... Исправляемся срочно, пока у меня не наметилась следующая съемка!

I've just realized that I still haven't posted this shooting (the most beautiful one I've had in 2023!) here yet... So, I have to fix that before I have my next shooting!
